Notes: Should have gone a little lighter on the cleans w/ better form. James, once again, had some great insight: I need to bump the bar HIGHER off my thighs. Not just above the knees, but mid-thigh.

Lunch: Paleo Fritutata with leftovers (lamb merguez sausage, kale, onions, sun dried tomatoes )
