SATURDAY :

Sleep: 11 HOURS

WOD:

Back Squat 10-10-10 (205# max)

Activity: 40 minute Fixed Gear Ride.

10-8-6-4-2 Plyo Pushups

2-4-6-8-10 Power Clean (185#)

Time: 9:23

Notes: Should have gone a little lighter on the cleans w/ better form. James, once again, had some great insight: I need to bump the bar HIGHER off my thighs. Not just above the knees, but mid-thigh.

Food:

  • Breakfast: Coffee
  • Lunch: Paleo Fritutata with leftovers (lamb merguez sausage, kale, onions, sun dried tomatoes )

  • Snacks (throughout the day): Almonds, Almond Butter

  • Dinner: Paleo Potluck!!

SUNDAY:

Sleep: 9 hours

WOD: -

Activity: 5.5 hours of Mountain biking

Food:

  • Breakfast: Two Eggs, Bacon
  • Lunch: Banana & Almonds

  • Snacks (throughout the day): Almonds

  • Dinner: Swordfish & Asparagus w/ Guacamole & Salsa
