Notes: Hated the snatch grip push presses. I don’t mind doing it once, but trying to lower heavy weight onto the back of my neck is very uncomfortable. Will substitute if that is ever programmed again.

Food:

  • Breakfast: HB Eggs, Banana
  • Lunch: Whole Foods Paleo Buffet—Romaine Hearts, Lemon Juice, Artichoke hearts, olives, tomatoes, tri-tip steak, shrimp

  • Snacks (throughout the day): Banana, Apple

  • Dinner: Roasted Chicken, Tuna, Paleo Trail Mix
